By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Qreek provides users with tools to convert PDF documents into interactive 3D flipbooks and generate QR codes. Some services may require payment.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., M-Pesa, Pesapal). All sales are final. Refunds are granted only at the discretion of Bereel Kenya in the event of technical failure on our end.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content of the PDFs you upload. Bereel Kenya claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bereel Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the service.
